The spindle body shall be fabricated of impact resistant, heavy section ABS thermoplastic. Spindle pins shall be chrome plated steel and be theft resistant with a concealed release mechanism. Engagement spring shall be stainless steel. Spindle shall have a molded boss to engage limit stop on toilet paper holders that have limit feature. Spindle shall rotate freely in toilet paper holders that have no limit stop.
