Fellowes, AeraMax® Pro, AM3 Air Purifier, Hard Wired

The ion-generating device in these air cleaners binds ions to dust, allergens, and other airborne particles as air enters the air cleaners and passes over the device. This ionization makes the particles larger and heavier, which allows them to be more effectively captured as they pass through the air cleaners' filters. The air cleaners have HEPA filters that catch very small particles, including viruses. The HEPA filters feature an antimicrobial treatment that helps prevent bacteria from growing on the filters. The air cleaners also have activated carbon filters that absorb and neutralize odors and gaseous pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
