Hillyard.com Will Be Down For Maintenance

To minimize the impact on our customers, we're working hard over the holidays. Hillyard.com will be down for maintenance from 12:00 PM CST, December 31, 2025 to 6:00 AM CST, January 5, 2026. For assistance with orders, please contact your Hillyard Customer Service Representatives through email or by calling (877) 445-5927. Please note that Hillyard will be closed on January 1st and 2nd for the New Year's Holiday.

In this transition, you will notice a few changes:

Your log in email and password are not changing, but your account number is changing. We've made it easy for you, your new account number will appear in the header after logging in!
Many item numbers for your favorite Hillyard products are not changing, but a few of them are changing. Don't worry, you can still search for items using the old numbers. Also, if you use the reorder list feature, the new item numbers are automatically updated!
For your information security, you will be asked to re-enter your credit card information at checkout the first time you place an order on or after January 5th, 2026.
