On Monday, August 21, 2017, the Total Solar Eclipse is set to bring "once-in-a-lifetime" traffic to the St. Joseph, Missouri area, as people from around the globe descend upon the area. St. Joseph is one of the fifth largest cities along the path of totality, and the third best city for viewing the eclipse. The amount of people on the roads and in our city will not only impact our employees heading to work, but also our trucks moving in and out of our distribution center. As a result, the Hillyard St. Joseph corporate office will be closed.

Phone services may also be interrupted due to the large volume of people in the area.

Hillyard will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, August 22, 2017.
